HR Starter Pack
Our HR starter pack is ideal to get you up and running with essential legal documentation to ensure you comply with the Employment Rights Act 1996 which requires you to issue a new employee with employment terms and conditions within eight weeks of their start date.
We offer two levels of HR starter pack to meet your needs. The basic HR starter pack includes an employment contract template, an employee handbook and an induction checklist. With the HR starter pack extra you receive these documents but also have access to 60 minutes of HR advice over the phone and email.
The employment contract includes clauses for starter details, hours, probation period, place of work, deductions, lay off and short time working, sick pay and leave, holidays, pay, pension, GDPR, confidentiality, restrictive covenant, grievance and discipline.
The employee handbook includes policies on internet use, dress code, health and safety, smoking, right of search, deductions, training, maternity leave and accidents at work along with other essential policies.
