Sandra Beale

Sandra set up SJ Beale HR Consult 2003 after a career working as an employed HR Manager and gaining the CIPD qualification. She is now a Corporate member of the CIPD. Over the last twenty five years she has provided HR solutions to businesses in manufacturing, IT, hospitality, manufacturing, telecommunications, education, trades, NHS, local authorities and charities. Sandra specialises in employee relations - grievance, re-structures, sickness absence, capability, TUPE, redundancy, disciplinary, misconduct, gross misconduct, dismissals and employment tribunals as well as employee reward - job evaluation, pay structures, reward and recognition, pay reviews. Sandra is an active blogger and published author. She heads up a team of HR professionals across the UK able to deliver a quality HR support service.

Hayley Beale

Hayley is a qualified administrator with over ten years experience and holds NVQ 3 Business Administration. She undertakes our HR administration.
