HR Starter Pack For Small Businesses

All new employees should receive employment terms and conditions within eight weeks of starting mployment with you in accordance with the Employment Rights Act 1996. We can provide an HR starter pack which is ideal to get you up and running with essential legal documentation.

The HR starter pack includes an employment contract template, a basic employee handbook, an induction checklist, 60 minutes telephone/email HR advice and access to regular HR and employment law newsletters.

The employment contract contains clauses on starter details, probation, place of work, lay off and short time working, sick pay and leave, holidays, pay, pension, data protection, confidentiality, grievance and discipline.

The employee handbook contains policies on internet use, time sheet submission, health and safety, smoking, right of search, deductions, training, maternity leave and accidents at work along with other essential policies.
